In recent years the Orthodox Christians have been categorized into two distinct groups, namely, the modernists and the traditionalists. The modernists are those who have allowed several heresies, including the heresy of all heresies (ecumenism) to corrupt their mindset. The traditionalists, on the other hand, are those who preserve the holy doctrines, dogmas and traditions of the Orthodox Faith and guard them with their own life.
